At Flourish OT Services, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to participate fully in the activities that matter most to them — at home, at school, and in everyday life.
Our goal isn't just progress in therapy — it's real, lasting independence in the moments that matter most. We focus on skills that transfer to everyday life at home, school, and in the community.

Tiffany Herrera is the owner and primary occupational therapist of Flourish OT Services, a pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to helping children develop the skills they need to participate more fully in everyday life. Tiffany is bilingual in English and Spanish, earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has gained experience working with a wide range of individuals across different settings. Her clinical experience includes working with medically fragile children in a Pediatric Prescribed Extended Care (PPEC) setting, providing occupational therapy to older adults in skilled nursing facilities, and completing fieldwork experiences in pediatric outpatient therapy as well as adult upper-extremity rehabilitation. During her residency, Tiffany also provided pro bono occupational therapy services to children who did not have access to insurance, further strengthening her passion for making meaningful therapy accessible to children and families. Outside of her work as an occupational therapist, Tiffany enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband. She also loves spending time at home with her two birds, who are a fun and special part of her family.
